In order to cope with the challenges of the current pandemic, this Dashboard enables employees to check-in on their location should they go outside of their homes for official business. This shall also allow all employees to log their health condition daily.

The data being collected will enable the Company to assess our employee’s exposure or risk of exposure from the coronavirus, determine appropriate steps or policies to mitigate any risks, monitor the health condition of all the employees, contact tracing, and notification tool for those will be affected. No collection shall be done without your prior consent or without a legal basis. No data shall be collected that is in excess of the specified purpose.Who will have access to this data?
This data is accessible only to the MIS (who manages this dashboard), the HR, and executive management. Your immediate superior shall have access on the record of their department only. These data will not be shared or accessed by anyone other than those mentioned above. However, by law, or court order or legal obligation, we may be compelled to share these information to the appropriate government authorities.How will data be stored and retained?
The data will be stored in LLIBI AWS Server. It will be retained until during the duration of the existence of a community quarantine, or until the company has determined that its purpose has already been served.Contact
